Facilities up to £25m. We have working capital solutions for businesses, providing funding against all the balance sheet assets, as well as cashflow lending. We provide hire purchase and leasing facilities for specialist sectors including marine, aviation, agriculture, healthcare and technology. In addition we deliver structured funding for smaller UK financial institutions through wholesale and block facilities.

Property Finance

Provides finance to the specialist residential investment and commercial property mortgage market and to professional property investors and SME owner-occupiers, in addition to secured second mortgages to consumers.
