Steve Metcalf joins McBrides Chartered Accountants in Sidcup as private client tax director with 24 years’ experience gained from working in Kent and the City, most recently at Blick Rothenberg.

Boosting the tax team with Steve’s appointment, McBrides tax partner Masum Ahmed said: “We’re delighted to welcome Steve to McBrides. A chartered tax adviser, Steve has particular experience in capital gains tax and inheritance tax issues, assisting individuals with organising their affairs for arriving into – and departing from – the UK, and in land and property taxation. He was quoted in the Financial Times on the tax implications of working from overseas property during lockdown.
