N&M is a leading glass, plastic and aluminium packaging provider including numerous well know household brands. The company operates in several markets including healthcare, pharma, food & beverages and personal care.
Headquartered in West Sussex. Established 60 years ago (1952), acquired by David Sharpe in the early 1990’s. David had extensive knowledge and expertise in the sector and grew the business into a profitable multimillion pound operation.
Post transaction all N&M team members will remain and it will continue as a standalone business. Joe Mazzilli, UK sales leader for TricorBraun will serve as Managing Director.
Investment and expansion are ultimately as a result of the sudden death of the major shareholder.
