Deal Announcement – RS Sales & Distribution Ltd

Integritas Financial Solutions is pleased to announce that it has arranged funding to assist RS
Sales & Distribution Ltd to acquire the assets of Ace Industrial Supplies Ltd for an
undisclosed sum.

RS Sales & Distribution Ltd is a family-owned national distributor of goods not for resale to
the grocery retail sector. By contrast Ace Industrial Supplies Ltd is a regional supplier of
PPE, hygiene and janitorial supplies to the food processing industry. With the two firms both
operating from the same business park in Staplehurst, when the owners of Ace were
considering retirement RS was the natural acquirer.

Integritas identified and introduced a range of lenders who were keen to support RS with
their acquisition, and helped facilitate the management team’s decision to proceed with
funding from Investec.
