Brachers advises Monochrome Consultancy on sale to Kerv
Brachers’ Corporate team has advised Monochrome Consultancy on its acquisition by international digital transformation group Kerv.
Founded in 2017 by Dan Wright, Monochrome provides consultancy services for digital transformation in IT, complex business change, cybersecurity and project management.
The consultancy is a perfect addition for Kerv, a London-headquartered cloud solutions and digital transformation services provider with offices around the UK and in India.
Monochrome will bring yet another highly customer-focused business to the group’s existing portfolio of practices, allowing Kerv’s customers to benefit from Monochrome’s added expertise.
Dan will continue to head up the Monochrome business, providing a seamless customer experience for its existing customer base.
The Brachers team was led by Matt Simmonds (Corporate Partner) and included Cameron Gaston-Penny (Corporate) and Charlotte Berthel (Corporate).
