Brachers advises Future Generation Services on sale to Holiday Extras
Brachers Corporate team has advised the shareholder of Kent-based Future Generation Services (FGS) on its sale to Holiday Extras.
For over a decade, FGS has complemented Holiday Extra’s airport parking software, ParkIT, by developing queue-busting ticket kiosks and key lockers, to make life easier for travellers.
This acquisition will allow Holiday Extras to further integrate FGS’s innovative hardware with ParkIT’s advanced software, delivering new products and increasing airport parking capacity across the globe.
Holiday Extras will keep the existing FGS offices in Rochester, Kent, and retain FGS’s highly skilled team, with founder Delroy Marks remaining as an integral part of the business.
The Brachers team was led by Corporate Partner, Daniel King, who was assisted by Alistair Wickham, Joseph Burrows and Thomas Wells.
Delroy Marks said:
“Working with ParkIT and the Holiday Extras Group for over ten years has been a fulfilling experience, grounded in shared values that have championed collaboration and helped us to grow our businesses together. I’m looking forward to working with the group over the coming years to further grow our markets and solutions.
“Using Brachers was undoubtedly one of the best business decisions I have ever made. Their expertise, kind assistance and support culminated in an outcome that far exceeded my initial expectations and resulted in a final deal that I am truly delighted with. Thank you so much, Daniel and team.”
Oli Ashford, Managing Director of ParkIT, added:
“We’ve worked closely with the FGS team in Rochester to deliver solutions for airports across the globe and their technology has become an important part of our business and long-term strategy. I’m excited to have them onboard and together, we can continue to simplify travel, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service standards for millions of travellers each year.
Daniel King added: “I’m delighted that FGS and Holiday Extras have been able to integrate their offering. This pairing will undoubtedly lead to new innovations that will enhance the experience of travellers across the globe. I wish Delroy and his team every success as part of the Holiday Extras group.”
