Kent Finance is a boutique financial management consultancy passionate about enabling business growth specifically for SMEs and their investors.

We adopt a unique consulting approach to developing a business’ finance function. This entails: taking a deep dive into their unique drivers, opportunities and goals; building bespoke reporting infrastructure; enabling Corporate Finance transactions; and creating a stable, informed finance platform – all of which fosters an environment for growth to flourish and businesses achieve their full potential.

Our high quality, value for money approach has seen us working with Private Equity and Entrepreneur backed businesses across the UK and Europe, developing long lasting relationships with our clients and adding huge value as trusted advisors.

Kent Finance is made up of a small yet highly effective team of 12 UK-based Consultants, one Head of Business Development and one Marketing Executive. The majority have first-hand experience in PE backed businesses such as: NRS Healthcare; Casual Dining Group; Portman Dental; Soho House UK.

Their experience is brought forward and incorporated across our solutions. These include: financial modelling; automated MI packs; turnkey transaction support – acquisitions, refinancing & exits; cashflow forecasting; outsourced finance functions and more.

Recently, Kent Finance supported a groundbreaking deal in the care sector in which We Change Lives (WCL), a not-for-profit, acquired specialist care provider 3L Care.

Pleasingly, the transaction marks a huge milestone in WCL’s remarkable turnaround as it brings the organisation back in the black after five years. The deal was enabled by a three year relationship in which we built, implemented and operated WCL’s finance function.

Acting as CFO and providing financial management and deal execution support, Kent Finance’s involvement has helped WCL gain full control of their strategic direction with further acquisitions on the horizon.
